Ms. Goedken graduated from the College of Public Health, University of Iowa in 2010 with a masters focused on community and behavioral health. She has worked at the Iowa City VA Health Care System since 2007. She serves as the Program Manager for the Iowa RESEARCH group as well as the Implementation Specialist for the CARRIAGE QUERI Program. She is also a member of Ethnographic Methods and Implementation Core (EMIC) within CADRE.

• QUERI: Combating Antimicrobial Resistance through Rapid Implementation of Available Guidelines and Evidence (CARRIAGE)
• Evaluation of VA/CDC Infection Control & Prevention Practice-Based Research Network (VA/CDC PBRN) Projects

Her interests include behavior modification, adherence and compliance, hand hygiene, infection prevention, antibiotic stewardship, quality improvement initiatives, implementation research, community and behavioral health, smoking cessation, and rural veterans.
